Graduated from Kyiv Trade and Economic Institute in 1987, specialty – Accounting and business analysis.
Candidate of Historical Sciences.
From 1981 to 1985 he was the chairman of the board of the Kyrnashivskiy state farm company Tulchinsky District Consumer Union of the Vinnytsia Regional Consumer Union.
From 1985 to 1987 he was in managerial positions in the public catering system of Rezekne, Latvia.
From 1987 to 1997 – at senior positions in the system of the Vinnytsia Regional Consumer Union.
Since February 1997 – Chairman of the Board of the Vinnytsia Regional Consumer Union.
Honored Worker of the Services of Ukraine.
He was awarded the State Prize – the Order of Merit, II, III degree, the Honorary Diploma of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Honorary Work Award of the Ukoopspilka “The Badge of Honor”, the Diploma of the Ukrkoopspilka and the Central Committee of the Union of Consumer Protection Workers of Ukraine.
