Graduated from Lviv Trade and Economic Institute in 1972, specialty – Trade Economics.
From 1972 to 1979 he was the head of the department of retail trade, head of the planning and economic management of the Kyiv region consumer union.
From 1979 to 1990 he worked in the supreme bodies of state executive power.
From 1990 to 1997 he was the head of the trade department of the Kyiv Regional Executive Committee.
Since 1997 he has been working for management positions at Ukrkoopspilka.
Since 1999 – Deputy, First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Ukoopspilka.
From August 2013 to December 2021 – the first deputy chairman of the Board of the Ukrkoopspilka.
Since 2002 – Chairman of the Central Committee of the Union of Consumer Protection Workers of Ukraine.
Honored Worker of the Services of Ukraine and Honored Worker of Trade Unions of Ukraine.
He was awarded the Order of Merit of the Third Class, the Crowd of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with four medals, the sign “Excellence in Education of Ukraine”, an honorary badge “For the Development of the Social Partnership” of the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine, the Honorary Sign of the Ukrkoopspilka “Zolotyi Znak” Coop UKRAINE ” Ukrkoopspilka “Badge of Honor”, Diploma of the Board of the Ukrkoopspilka and the Central Committee of the Union of Consumer Protection Workers of Ukraine and marked by the “Gratitude” of the Kyiv Mayor.
